The Way to Mindful Parenting course is designed for parents who are keen to nurture their relationship with their kids and parent with more ease, joy and awareness. Parenting is a tough job, and can be very rewarding as well. The course is suitable for parents experiencing specific challenges in their relationship with their children and those who seek to be more aware parents.


The five-week course is a combination of mindfulness practice and coaching techniques. It aims at guiding parents toward a more grounded and loving way to relate to their children, through awareness and clarity of mind. Parents will be able to explore challenges from new perspectives, and have the space and time to be heard. Whether you are parenting a toddler or a pre-teen, it is never too late to bring awareness and connection into the relationship with your children.

After the course, you can expect to have a better understanding and direct experience of what mindfulness is, and how it can support you in your daily life. You will also be better able to navigate your emotions and your kids’ emotions, with kindness. You will learn to cultivate self-compassion, and find out more about your strengths, your values, your life and the way forward. Sharing this process with other parents like you and me is, in itself, powerful and nurturing.

The next course will begin in November 2018.
