Online Mindfulness Program

YOUR WELLBEING MATTERS. NOW MORE THAN EVER. 

If you are keen to find peace within yourself, to look for ways to respond more skilfully to life's challenges, this program is for you. 

You will learn skills in how to better respond to the challenges of your every day life, and how to cultivate sustainable change through mindfulness practice. 

 

8-weeks to learn mindfulness practices, the benefits of them, and to learn mindful ways to cultivate your own wellbeing, no matter what is going on in the world.

During each session we engage in mind-body practices, breathing exercises, mindfulness meditations.

The 8-week research based mindfulness program was developed at Oxford University and will help you improve your general well-being, and break the cycle of stress and mental exhaustion you have been experiencing for too long. 

The program includes:

* 1  Information session
* 8  90-minute weekly sessions
* audio files with guided practices
* handouts

The program starts with a mandatory ORIENTATION SESSION for those who wish to participate.

The ONLINE program will be facilitated by Silvia Vernaschi, Mindfulness instructor.

Silvia Vernaschi trained with the University of Oxford and with the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University, UK to teach different mindfulness curricula, namely the MBSR program and Finding Peace in a Frantic World.
