The 6-week Mindful Parenting program is designed for parents keen to nurture their relationship with their kids and parent with more ease, joy and awareness. Parenting is a tough job, and can be very rewarding as well.

The program is suitable for parents experiencing specific challenges in their relationship with their children and those who seek to be more aware parents.

During 6 weeks, we will explore ways to remain grounded and connected to your children in your daily life, to parent with ease and through your presence.

We will learn ways to cultivate self-awareness, empathy, self-regulation; to improve your capacity to communicate mindfully, see your children for what they are and stay calm when difficult situations arise. 

Whether you are new to mindfulness or are an expert meditator, this course will help you integrate mindfulness practice into your interactions with your kids.
All parents want to scream less, and connect more. Worry less, and enjoy more.

Parenting can be rewarding and chaotic. It is a constant adjustment to change: age, days, schools, friends, hormones, preferences.
Everything changes all the time, including us, parents.

How can we remain grounded in the midst of chaos?

Can we use our own presence to parent well? And with more ease?

The answer is YES! Mindfulness practice can support us to scream less and connect more. To respond rather than react. To connect and coach our children.

Online Mindful Parenting program will take place on Zoom,

every Monday from 8 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. CE TIME,

from the 2nd of November to the 7th of December 2020
